Once I have an understanding of your specific goals, the next step is to complete an application. This can be done in person, over the phone, or online via my secure application. Don't worry - all your personal information is kept confidential and secure.

STEP III : RESEARCH

Finding the right mortgage for you

After submitting the completed application, the next step is to get you pre-approved and underwriting the application.  A list of supporting documents will be requested.

STEP IV : FOLLOW-THROUGH

Sealing the deal

After reviewing your options and then making an informed decision on a mortgage, the deal is sealed!  All the paperwork is broken down and explained to you so that you understand what your mortgage commitment means. I will guide you and be by your side all the way through till the end. After closing, I stay by your side and at your service throughout the life of your mortgage.
